BRAKINIS: FASHION NEOPRENE SWIMWEAR

Buon pomeriggio ragazze!!
Non vi ho abbandonate, ve lo giuro!
Ma come ben sapete sono sommersa dagli impegni 🙁
Per chi di voi mi segue su instagram (@enricasciarretta) qualche giorno fa avrà visto la foto che ho postato in cui indosso un costume in neoprene.
Oggi ve ne voglio parlare.
Ho avuto la possibilità di collaborare con il brand BRAKINIS che produce swimwear in neoprene, un materiale che quest’anno sta davvero spopolando; io ho scelto questo modello.

Lo so ragazze, fare le foto con lo sfondo bianco non è stata una brillante idea dato il mio colorito tendente al trasparente… mi confondo con il muro! XD
Il modello che ho preso è: fascia imbottita verde neon + slip nero.
Il costume è carinissimo ma purtroppo mette ancora più in evidenza la mia mancanza di materia prima! La fascia schiaccia davvero tantissimo e su di me l’effetto è davvero poco carino 🙁 
Ma per coloro che hanno almeno una terza secondo me fa una bellissima figura! 🙂

I know girls, taking pictures with the white background was not a brilliant idea because I’m really white… I get confused with the wall! XD
The swimwear is so nice but unfortunately puts even more out my lack of raw material! The band really crushes on me a lot and the effect is not cute 🙁

Buonasera a tutte mie care!! 
Più si avvicina l’inizio della calda stagione e più io sono piena di impegni 🙁
Mi aspettano ben due esami complicati (esame finale a scuola di inglese e l’esame per l’abilitazione alla professione di psicologo) e vorrei morire ma non mi arrendo.. ce la posso fareeee!! 😀

Qui da me un giorno si muore dal caldo e il giorno dopo viene a piovere -.-

PRIMO COSTUME DI STAGIONE: LOVE BEACH ONLINE

Buonasera ragazze!
Scusate se vi sto trascurando un po’ ma purtroppo lo studio chiama e io devo rispondere! 🙁
Oggi voglio condividere con voi il mio primo costume in vista della bella stagione!!

Sorry if I’m neglecting you a bit but unfortunately the study calls and I have to answer! 🙁

Today I want to share with you my first swimwear in view of summer!!

PURìFICATI CON IL THE’!

Buon sabato a tutti!!
Finalmente è arrivato il weekend e questo vuol dire solo una cosa: relax!! 
E se al riposo ci aggiungiamo anche un buon thè purificante vi sentirete alla grande!!
Perchè vi sto dicendo questo?
Ve lo spiego subito! 
La settimana scorsa mi è stato consegnato un pacco e dentro c’era una fantastica scatolina di YOURTEA con 42 bustine di TINYTEA e ovviamente ho iniziato subito a berlo, un paio di volte al giorno.
Non sapete di cosa io stia parlando?

YOURTEA è un’azienda che produce molte varietà di thè che dovrebbero aiutare l’organismo ad eliminare le tossine e a rendere più veloce il metabolismo, ovviamente associati all’esercizio fisico e ad una corretta alimentazione.
Nello specifico, TINYTEA è una miscela di erbe dal gusto gradevolissimo che ha come scopo principale quello di purificare il nostro organismo, ridurre il gonfiore, rendere più setosa la nostra pelle, diminuire la ritenzione idrica, dandoci una carica di energia indispensabile ad affrontare la giornata.
Ovviamente non dobbiamo credere di poter “dimagrire” stando comodamente sdraiate sul nostro divano, semplicemente bevendo un thè.
Esso aiuterà il nostro corpo ma noi dovremo aiutarlo facendo più attività fisica e mangiando sano.
E’ ancora presto per potervi dire se faccia davvero effetto o meno ma se non funzionerà, avrò comunque bevuto un buon thè.

Finally the weekend! And that means only one thing: relax !!

Why am I saying this?
I’ll explain it!
Last week, I received a package and inside there was a fantastic box YOURTEA of 42 sachets of TINYTEA and of course I immediately started drinking it, twice a day.

You don’t know what I’m talking about?
YOURTEA is a company that produces many varieties of tea that should help the body eliminate toxins and to speed up metabolism, obviously associated with exercise and good nutrition.
Specifically, TINYTEA is a mixture of herbs pleasant taste whose main purpose is to cleanse the body, reduce bloating, make our skin silky, reduce water retention, giving us a boost of energy needed to face the day .

Obviously we should not believe to “lose weight” while comfortably lying on our couch, simply drinking a cup of tea.
It will help our body but we’ll have to help him doing more physical activity and eating healthy.

It ‘s still early to be able to tell if it works or not but if it won’t, I have drunk a good tea anyway.

FASHION STREET WEAR CON TEENOVE BRAND

Buon pomeriggio e buon inizio settimana mie care!!
Come è andato questo weekend? 
Spero bene! 
Per fortuna il bel tempo è arrivato e così sabato pomeriggio ho deciso di passare un po’ di tempo all’aria aperta con il mio fidanzato e farmi insegnare da lui ad andare sullo skateboard.
Chi mi segue su instagram (@enricasciarretta) avrà già visto la foto di me che faccio la scema sulla tavola. 
Ragazze, da quando ero piccola sognavo di imparare almeno a starci su in equilibrio e invece sono riuscita anche a fare qualche metro senza cadere –> sono soddisfazioni! 😀
Ma rimaniamo in tema di street life. 

Oggi voglio parlarvi di TEE NOVE: non solo un marchio di abbigliamento ma una filosofia di vita. Fortunately, the good weather has arrived, so saturday afternoon I decided to spend a bit of time outdoors with my boyfriend who taught me to skateboarding.
